1. Purpose
This disclaimer applies to ocularniva.click, operated by Ocularniva B.V. in Amsterdam. It explains how to read site content and where our responsibility ends. Services you purchase are also governed by the terms and conditions and any quotes.
2. Not professional advice
Descriptions of Vocal and solo instrument recording, Podcast recording, Mixing (remote) and other services set expectations. Articles in the guides hub, such as sending stems or music rights, are practical explainers—not legal, tax or medical advice. Consult specialists for copyright, neighbouring rights or label contracts.
We monitor at moderate levels, but you remain responsible for your hearing; tell the engineer immediately if anything feels unsafe.
3. Accuracy of information
We update prices, hours (Tuesday to Saturday 09:00–21:00, closed Monday and Sunday. Sessions by appointment only.) and availability when needed, but the site may temporarily differ from reality. Guide prices such as €155 for podcasts or €565 for album mastering are indicative. Only a personal quote or confirmation counts for your booking.
Equipment specifications may change through maintenance or upgrades; we aim to keep equivalent functionality.
4. Recording and post-production outcomes
Outcome depends on performance, arrangement and preparation. We deliver technically sound files as agreed but cannot promise chart success, streaming numbers or third-party approval. Mix and master follow your references within the limits of the source material.

5. External links and tools
Links to maps, vendors or platforms are convenience links; we do not control those sites. The contact form uses FormSubmit; see legal notice on transfers outside the EEA.
6. Images and trademarks
Photos may be illustrative and sometimes AI-generated; they may not exactly match the studio at Kinkerstraat 127. Software, instrument and brand names belong to their owners; mention does not imply endorsement.
7. Liability for use of the site
Where permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or data loss from using the site, misreading content or temporary downtime. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
