The website ocularniva.click is published by Ocularniva B.V., registered office at Kinkerstraat 127, 1053 EJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The Ocularniva brand refers to the recording studio run by this company. Site content explains our services and workflow; a booking only becomes binding after confirmation under article 3 of the terms.

4. Studio address and hours
Studio visit address: Kinkerstraat 127, 1053 EJ Amsterdam (Oud-West). Trams 13 and 16 run along the Kinkerstraat; get off at Bilderdijkstraat and walk a few minutes to our building. From Amsterdam Centraal the trip is usually about 25 minutes on tram 13 towards Geuzenveld.
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 09:00–21:00, closed Monday and Sunday. Sessions by appointment only.. Sessions are by appointment only; please do not drop in without a confirmed slot. 5. Hosting provider
The site is hosted by TransIP B.V., Schipholweg 9B, 2316 XB Leiden, Nederland. The host processes server logs and security data needed to keep the site online. Retention and legal bases are described in our privacy policy.
Static assets are served through the host’s infrastructure. Maintenance or incidents may cause brief downtime; we work to restore service promptly.
6. Contact form and transfer outside the EEA
The contact form sends messages through FormSubmit, which forwards them to [email protected]. FormSubmit is operated from the United States, so your name, email, phone and message may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
We use this setup to keep the form simple and limit abuse. FormSubmit acts as a processor; we remain controller for the content of your request. Safeguards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable) and retention periods are explained in the privacy policy. You are not required to use the form—you can email or call directly.
7. Services and prices on the site
Services and pages such as vocal recording, ensemble recording, podcast studio, mixing online and mastering show descriptions and guide prices—for example €88 for Vocal and solo instrument recording or €155 for a podcast session. Amounts include 21% VAT unless a quote states otherwise.
The website is not a binding price list: the quote or confirmation you receive prevails. Business payment terms appear in article 5 of the terms.
8. Intellectual property of the website
Text, photos, layout and code on ocularniva.click are protected. You may browse, share links and quote briefly with attribution. You may not copy, scrape or republish substantial parts without prior written consent, including for AI training.
Third-party trademarks visible in photos remain with their owners. Illustrative images may be AI-generated; see our disclaimer.
9. Personal data, cookies and accessibility
We process personal data under the GDPR. The cookie banner stores your choice under key oclr_consent_v1 for 182 days; see the cookie policy. Reopen preferences via .
Business customers who supply personal data about guests or artists can use our data processing agreement. Accessibility efforts are summarised in the accessibility statement.
10. Contract documents and liability
Studio services are covered by the terms and conditions. Limits on liability for site content and recording outcomes are in the disclaimer. The Dutch version of legal texts is authoritative; other languages are provided for convenience.
Consumers retain mandatory rights under distance-contract rules. Exceptions to the withdrawal right for dated services are set out in article 8.
