One or two guests in the control room are fine. More people need prior approval because of booth space and focus.

Headphones, DIs and basic monitoring are here. Bring guitars, bass and drums unless we agreed backline in advance.

Extension only if the next slot is free and you approve beforehand. Extra time bills per started half hour or hour at that service rate.

Drinks in the control room are fine; no food in booth or live room. No smoking indoors; use the street per Amsterdam rules.

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless we agree another sample rate upfront. MP3 only on request for previews, not as a master source.

9 months after the last export. Then we delete the archive copy on our servers; keep your own backups on disk or cloud and retain project files locally.
